My cakes taste as wonderful as they look. So you can have the best of both worlds. You may pick any design, say you like a design that is in the whip cream cake but you would like butter cream or fondant this can be done. I try to accommodate my customers wishes. I specialize in Whip Cream Wedding Cakes with many references that they will hold up the length of the wedding and beyond. I roll the whip cream to look like fondant as you can see in the pictures. I have over 60 flavors to choose from like Fresh Strawberry Mousse, Italian Rum, Chocolate Hazelnut, Raspberry Almond, Amaretto etc. Prices can vary depending on detail, white chocolate shells, gum paste flowers, etc. Please contact Mary Lou for pricing and a free taste test
